I'm Ayush — an engineer who mostly works on the parts of a system that nobody sees: schedulers, compilers, caches, and the code that keeps them honest.

This site is where I write the version of an explanation I wish I'd found the first time. That usually means fewer analogies and more mechanism: what the bytes look like, where the invariant lives, and which failure mode the design is actually buying you.

Everything here is written in MDX, rendered statically, and kept deliberately plain — dark background, one accent colour, and a reading column narrow enough to finish.
